Polyurethane Pultrusion Composite Profile Pallet

Composite pallet utilizing HY polyurethane resin delivers supply chain innovation. HY two-component polyurethane system to form its composite pallet. Specially designed for use in pultrusion, this formulation offers excellent properties, including greater strength, higher toughness and higher impact resistance than what can be achieved with traditional pallet materials.

LOGISTICALLY OPTIMIZED

Up to 26% lighter and 0.67” lower profile than other block pallets, for less wear on equipment and 17% more pallets per backhaul truckload

CONSISTENT SPEC & QUALITY

Max allowed dimensional deviation is 0.025″; rigid material maintains structural integrity with minimal defection on top deck; and composite construction uses no nails

STRONG & DURABLE

It meets ISO 8611 requirements for integrity under heavy load; bottom boards fail first to protect product on top deck.

IDEAL FOR THE COLD CHAIN

-40° F to 176° F tolerance range exceeds that of other pallets by more than 20° F each; composite material won’t be come brittle or flexible in extreme temperatures.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY
